And how could we not start with THE most emblematic French player of the last 20 years… Céline Dumerc!
A Tarbes native, she began her professional career there in 2000 and played for 3 different LFB clubs until 2022.
At TGB for 3 years, Bourges for 10 years and finally at Basket Landes for the last 7 seasons, where she won her final LFB championship and her two final French Cups!
At the age of 22, she also spent 2 years in Russia, where she won the national title twice and 2 Russian Cups with Iekaterinbourg, and also played in the WNBA for the Atlanta Dreams!
In France, her record of achievements is simply incredible!
