The SNB negotiates the pre-electoral agreement in each club and supports the employee representatives (CSE).
The social and economic committee (CSE) is the body representing the staff in the company.
The CSE must be set up in companies with 11 employees or more.
In order to ensure a representation of the players at the level of each club, the SNB goes to the clubs to negotiate the future pre-electoral agreement protocols intended to elect staff representatives.
The SNB accompanies the FNASS-SNB representatives in their role as staff representatives.
