THE SNB’S ROLE IN IMPROVING YOUR WORKING CONDITIONS
The SNB negotiates the Collective Bargaining Agreement for Professional Basketball (CCBP) and the women’s sectoral agreement.
The SNB participates in the negotiation of the Professional Basketball Collective Agreement within the LNB Commission (composed of the Union of Professional Clubs and the Union of Basketball Coaches).
The purpose of this agreement is to define the working conditions, social guarantees, and professional training for Betclic Elite and Pro B players.
Moreover, for several months, the SNB has also been working for the implementation of a collective agreement applicable to female players of LFB and LF2.
