The SNB gathered last Tuesday the referents of the NM1 in order to exchange on the theme of partial unemployment and its consequences on the employment contracts of the players.
In the presence of Maître Romuald Palao and Maître Anthony Mottais, lawyers within the firm Derby lawyers, this meeting made it possible to take stock of the establishment of the system of partial unemployment, to dispel doubts and false information and finally to advise the players on good practices and good legal reflexes to adopt in the face of this exceptional situation.
More than a necessary contribution of information, this meeting was also the occasion to reassure the players and to recall that the SNB will continue to accompany them daily to answer their various questions.
The experience will therefore be repeated in the coming weeks, in particular to take stock of future government and regulatory developments.
