The SNB is delighted to announce the return of the Rookie Program!
It will be held from August 5 to 6, 2023 in Paris, in the presence of SNB President Amara Sy and Vice-President Jacques Alingué.
Like the last 2 editions, this event will bring together all the French basketball families to train the rookies who will be playing in the French championship next season.
Having signed their first professional contracts, they will be taking their first steps as professional basketball players this season.
What is a professional basketball player?
That’s what they’ll find out this weekend during two days of training and workshops.
Here’s an overview of the program we’ve put together:
-Saturday August 05: SNB Day
- The status of the professional player (rights and obligations)
- Sporting integrity (doping and sports betting)
- Social networks: Larissa Anderson – Agence Promasport
- Lifestyle/Nutrition/Mental preparation – Fedora Sense – Full Performance Agency
- Round table with professional players
–Sunday August 06: Professional basketball players’ day
