Today, we’d like to introduce you to a new training structure, ANDSA.
A partner of numerous national federations and professional sports unions such as FNASS, ANDSA is a facilitator in the establishment of a training project via a CFA (apprentice training center).
What is a CFA?
A CFA is a training center that enables you to obtain all existing professional diplomas, such as a CAP, BEP, a professional license or a professional baccalaureate.
These training centers focus mainly on primary and secondary professions.
As the vast majority of these require hands-on learning, they have not been suited to the careers of professional sportsmen and women.
What role does ANDSA play?
Thanks to ANDSA, this curriculum is now accessible to athletes!
ANDSA will support you in building a project to make your dual career a success.
ANDSA will give you access to training in the following areas:
- Catering and food professions
- Hotel and tourism
- Automotive
- Building and construction
- Sales and services
- Metallurgy
ANDSA’s main objective is to be a major support for the CFA, so that it can provide you with the best possible support for your training, your training schedule, the use of distance learning, practical training during your off-season periods, specific pedagogical support…
Training courses vary in length, from one to two or more years, depending on your project.
Most courses start at the beginning of the school year, in September and October.
Last but not least, these training courses are recognized by the French state and are therefore eligible for the various existing means of financing, such as your CPF.
