The basketball players of the French championship continue to play, despite the health crisis. And the SNB and Proballers continue to follow their performances.

 

To overcome ASVEL in a magnificent 105-96 victory, the Manceaux gave it their all. First of all, it was Scott Bamforth who caught fire with 31 points and 8 assists, his records in Jeep Elite. With 28 points, the British Ovie Soko also broke his Jeep Elite record to resist the duo Thomas Heurtel (19 points, 8 assists) and Guerschon Yabusele (27 points, Jeep Elite record equalled).

 

In terms of milestones, three new players passed the thousand-point mark in Jeep Elite: David Michineau (1,603 points), Travis Leslie (1,116) and Benoit Mangin (1,005). With 20 points against Strasbourg, Gavin Ware is already at 907 points in two and a half seasons of Jeep Elite. Finally, with 14 points and 9 rebounds in Orleans, Alexandre Chassang passes the 706 rebounds mark in Jeep Elite!

 

MATHIEU GUICHARD MAKES HIS MARK

Despite the new defeat of his team, Mathieu Guichard has had a solid season. Author of 12 points and 10 assists, Mathieu has just crossed a new threshold with 2 802 points which makes him the 6th best scorer in the history of Pro B among the players of the division:

 

Charles-Henri Bronchard : 4 854 points

Garry Chathuant : 4 802 points

Jason Siggers : 3 406 points

David Denave : 3 359 points

Edouard Choquet: 2,823 points

The week's other landmarks above 1,000 points were Gaylor Curier (1,402), Jerome Sanchez (1,312) and Ruphin Kayembe (1,002). Benjamin Monclar has 403 career assists in Pro B.

 

On the record side, Parker Jackson-Cartwright (Saint-Quentin) explodes the counters with 33 points and a 6th consecutive victory. The French also did well with Ismael Kamagate and Mathis Keita (23 points, career high), Ludovic Negrobar (19 points, Pro B record) and Gedeon Pitard (18 points, Pro B record).

 

Finally, for his 2nd year in Antibes, Jean-Marc Pansa broke his rebounding record with 14 steals!

In LFb, a small game this week with a fifteenth win in a row 71-64 against Landerneau with 17 points and 4 rebounds from Iliana Rupert. Best evaluation (21) of Landerneau, Myriam Djekoundade reaches 100 assists in LFB !
