During the Rookie Program, we organized, for the first time, a time of exchange with the basketball referees union (SNAB).
Thomas Kerisit presented the profession of referee to the players.
This intervention was the opportunity to explain to the trainees the preparation of a game, the management of the refereeing during it and the work of debriefing after the game.
Very instructive first discussions that we hope to be able to perpetuate during the next rookie.
