SNB PLAYERS CAMP

19 November 2019

Camp SNB 2019 was held this season from September 15-20, 2019.

After an intense week both sporting and socio-professional, the time is in the balance sheet.

Freshly recruited since at HTV Basketball, Oumarou Baradji has had a very rewarding experience:

“The week was actually very intense. In addition to keeping us in shape thanks to high level coaches and giving us the opportunity to find a group, this Camp also taught me a lot about the socio-professional aspect. More than basketball, I was made aware of other basic topics such as reconversion”.

Accompanied by a staff mobilized for this occasion, the players were able to benefit from a complete program including physical preparation, training, participation in a match or exchange workshops around different themes.

To complete this training, the coaches, Julien Mahé and Fabien Romeyer, have finalized this week of camp by providing players with an individual report including for each of the recommendations and areas of work.

A constructive and useful analysis for the future!

For Oumarou, beyond the sporting aspect, this Camp has also helped him a lot morally:

“I sincerely thank the SNB for supporting us when we are also in complicated moments of our careers. It is important for me to emphasize that SNB members helped me up. In this situation, we often have a big question. This camp allows yo believe again in our capacities. The mere fact of being accompanied by members of the SNB gave me hope. I never felt judged and see that they fight for us, to create this type of event, pushed me to hang on and believe it again. Simply saying thank you to the SNB is nothing besides all the efforts and sacrifices they make. They give themselves 100% for us to put their family life aside. I sincerely respect them”.

To date, four players on the nine have been able to find the path of the floors: Ricardo Alliman (Tarbes), Eric Bosc (Chartres), Anthony Racine (SLUC) and Oumarou Baradji (HTV Basket).

The SNB wishes good luck to all the players still in search. While waiting to turn towards the next Camp, we propose you a return in images on this Camp 2019.
